“工学交替、教学一体化”的人才培养模式探讨

摘　　要：分析了电子行业、应用电子技术专业教学和学生就业现状。从校内实验实训基地、校外实训基地、实验实训内涵和课程建设等方面进行阐释,提出了"工学交替、教学一体化"的人才培养模式,并对其可行性进行了论证。Through analyzing and understanding the electronics industry,the professional teaching of applicative electronic technology and students＇ employment status,from the construction of campus experimental bases,outside training bases,training content and curriculums and so on,this paper is illustrated.And it presents a talents＇s training mode of ＂the alternation of practice and study,the integration of teaching and learning＂,and its feasibility is discussed.
