海口市土地利用类型变化分析

摘　　要：文章介绍了海口市土地利用概况,并采用土地利用类型动态度分析了海口市土地利用类型变化情况,认为在短期内社会和经济因素是影响海口市建设用地增加的主要驱动因子,是导致土地利用结构产生变化的主要驱动力,因此,应按照生态规律和社会经济规律的要求,确定合理的土地利用方向,采用综合分析、线性规划相结合的方法制定新一轮的海口市土地利用总体规划,科学、合理安排各类用地。The present paper is an attempt to introduce the status of land utilization in Haikou City. Dynamic degree of land use types was used to analyze the changes in land use types in Haikou City. It has been observed that social and economic factors were the primary ones for increase in construction land. They were also the main driving forces for changes in the land use structure. Therefore, the government should determine the reasonable direction of land use according to the eco-logical, social and economic development laws. By using the methods of comprehensive analysis combined with linear programming, new master plan for land utilization in Haikou City should be worked out for scientific and rational use of land.
