摘  要:西汉"灾异说"之旨,在于要当政者慎微重始,尽早发现政治失误并及时正确应对,其实质乃是在中央集权体制下王权空前强大之时士人们为了发挥自身的政治作用而创造的一个话语系统。西汉儒臣们运用这个话语系统,参与朝政,可是效果有限。于是,"灾异说"始衰而"祥瑞说"始兴,后者成为士人为王权服务的话语系统。The purpose of the theory of heterodoxy of natural disasters in the Western Han Dynasty is to remind the people who was in power to find out the political flaws as early as possible and deal with them correctly in time.The essence of this theory is a discourse system which is created by scholars in order to have a role in political field under the background of centralism.Confucians in the Western Han Dynasty used this discourse system to involve in their empire,but the effect is limited.So the theory of heterodoxy of natural disasters falls into decay.The theory of auspicious sign began to develop and became the discourse system for sovereignty.
