摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌根治术后吻合口瘘的原因、预防及治疗。方法回顾性分析我科2004年1月～2009年12月行胃癌根治术的临床资料共121例。结果本组无死亡病例,发生吻合口瘘3例,均通过保守治疗后愈合恢复。结论胃癌根治术后吻合口瘘的预防包括术前、术中及术后各个环节。吻合口瘘发生后治疗重在腹腔通畅引流,早期禁食,胃肠减压,以及积极的肠内外营养支持。Objective To analyze the reason,prevention,and therapy of anastomotic leakage after radical operation of gastric cancer.Methods From January 2004 to December 2009,the clinical data of 121 cases with gastric cancer received radical operation were analyzed retrospectively.Results In this group,there was no occurrence of dead case.The anastomotic leakage occured in 3 cases,and all cases were cured by conservative treatment.Conclusion Pervention Includes the correct managemant in preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative links.It is the therapeatic key point to early fasting,gastric tube decompression,patent abdominal drainage,and aggressive enteric,parenteral nutritnal support.
