俯卧腹板固定技术在直肠癌术前放疗摆位中的重复性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨俯卧腹板固定技术在直肠癌术前放疗摆位中的重复性和精确性。方法 50例直肠癌术前放疗患者随机分成真空袋组和俯卧腹板组各25例,在治疗前、治疗中每周及治疗结束当天均拍摄射野验证片以了解摆位的重复性,并比较两组之间及每周之间的差异。结果俯卧腹板组和真空袋组相比射野中心点的偏差在X、Y和Z方向上均无统计学差异(P>0.05);而在放疗中每周及放疗结束时的比较中,俯卧腹板组射野中心点的偏差在X、Y和Z方向上无显著差异(P>0.05),但真空袋组射野中心点的偏差在X、Y和Z方向存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论与常规真空袋固定技术相比较,俯卧腹板固定技术有相似的重复性,并且受时间的影响较少,建议临床上进一步研究。Objective To investigate the repeatability and accuracy of prone belly board fixation technique for preoperative radiotherapy pendular position of rectal cancer.Methods Fifty cases with rectal cancer in the preoperative radiotherapy were randomly divided into vacuum bag group and prone belly board group.There were 25 cases in each group.In the every week and day of therapeutic end of before and intra-treatment,the x ray film was taken to understand repeatability of pendular position in all cases.Differences were compared between two groups and every week.Results There was no significant difference in the deviation of central field point of the X,Y and Z orientation between the vacuum bag group and prone belly board group（P0.05）.But in the comparison between every week of radiotherapy and the end of radiotherapy,the deviation of central field point of X,Y and Z orientation,the prone belly board group was not significant difference（P0.05）.But in the vacuum bag group,the deviation of central field point of X,Y and Z orientation had significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Compared with conventional vacuum bag fixation technique,the prone belly board fixation possesses similar repeatability and it has less influence on the time.
