摘　　要：目的总结颌面部髓外浆细胞瘤的临床特征、诊断和治疗经验,以提高治疗效果。方法回顾性分析3例颌面部髓外浆细胞瘤的临床资料,其中发生于上颌窦2例,颞部皮肤1例,均手术切除,其中2例术后放疗。结果 3例患者经病理检查确诊为髓外浆细胞瘤。结论颌面部髓外浆细胞瘤属于低度恶性肿瘤,诊断主要依靠临床表现和病理,手术和放疗是其主要治疗手段。Objective To summaize the clinical features,diagnoses and treatment experience of maxillofacial extramedullary plasmacytoma.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of three cases of maxillofacial extramedullary plasmacytoma was conducted.2 cases were found in maxillary sinus,1 case in temporal skin,and all cases underwent surgery.Two cases reeceived postoperative radiotherapy.Results 3 cases were all diagnosed as extramedullary plasmacytoma by pathological examinations.Conclusion Maxillofacial extramedullary plasmadytoma is a low degree of malingnancy.The diagnosis depends on the clinical and pathological features,and surgery and radiotherapy are the main methods of treatment.
