摘 要:目的:对天然高分子材料壳聚糖的特性进行初步探讨。方法:采用改进的双突跃电位滴定法测定壳聚糖的脱乙酰度,用一步法测定壳聚糖的特征黏度,后根据Mark-Houwink方程算出黏均分子量。结果:3种不同规格的壳聚糖的脱乙酰度分别为(97.27±0.96)%,(90.12±0.85)%,(71.54±0.57)%;相应的黏均分子量分别为3.78×105,55×105,10.13×105。结论:所选用的方法结果准确、可靠、重复性好,相对标准偏差小,可用于壳聚糖特性参数的测定方法。Objective: To study some properties of chitosan which is the natural macromolecule material.Methods: The deacetylation degree of chitosan was determined with the improved two abrupt change potential titration method,its characteristic viscosity was determined with single stage method,then the viscosity average molecular weight was reckoned with Houwink formula.Results: The deacetylation degree of 3 kinds of chitosan were(97.27±0.96)%,(90.12±0.85)%,(71.54±0.57)%,corresponding viscosity average molecular weight were 3.78×105,55×105,10.13×105 respectively.Conclusion: The methods is accurate,reliable,well-repeated,and has lower standard deviation,and it can be used as a method for determination of characteristic parameters of chitosan.
