摘　　要：根据系统论思想,新建本科院校的教材建设工作,可以看成是一个"应用型特色"的系统工程来加以打造和建构。具体地说,就是以学校办学目标的定位为基础,以打造特色专业为指向,以培养特色人才所应具备的职业能力为着力点,通过人才培养目标体系的探索建构,并通过基础理论课程教学和专业素质能力实践训练的适应调整,从而构筑起符合学校办学实际的、有特色的、注重实践应用且又切实可行的立体化、系统化的课程和教材建设体系。This article intends to use systematic theory ideas for guide.The teaching materials work in Newly Established Universities as a ＂Applied Characteristics＂ systemic project to build and to construct.Specifically,it with the school target location for the foundation,to create characteristics and specialized for guiding.Starting with cultivate characteristic talents which required professional ability.Through the talents training target system（which made up of namely professional talented person＇s knowledge,ability and quality） exploration to construction,and through the adjust of the basic theory course teaching and professional quality and ability of practice to construct the Three-dimensional,systematic of curriculum and the teaching materials building system which meet the school actual with characteristics and pay attention to the practical application.
