党校领导干部培训模式的思考

摘　　要：为了实现把中共广西区委党校建设成为全国一流党校的宏伟目标,积极推进领导干部培训模式改革、优化专业结构和人才队伍、加强课程建设显得尤为重要。通过分析现阶段党校培训模式尤其是课程设置存在的问题与不足,提出了有针对性的对策建议。In order to realize the grand goal that constructing the Party School of Guangxi CCPC into the first-class party schools in China,it is rather important to promote actively the reforms in leaders＇training mode,optimize the professional structure in curriculum and in teachers as well.This paper analyzes the problems and deficiencies in training modes especially in curriculum in Party Schools at present stage and puts forward some target-oriented countermeasure proposals.
