摘 要:文章通过盆栽实验研究了不同土壤处理措施(酸化、CaCO3、沸石)对菠菜在Cu添加情况下的生长特征及吸收金属含量变化,并对菠菜的过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)进行测定。结果显示,不同处理措施均提高了菠菜体内的Cu含量,酸化处理还显著提高了其它金属含量,CaCO3和沸石处理则显著减少了Cr含量,对其它金属含量则没有显著影响。酸化由于提高了菠菜体内的金属含量,其POD、CAT活性也有增加的趋势;CaCO3和沸石处理下菠菜POD呈现上升的趋势可能与菠菜体内的Cu含量增加有关,不同处理措施下的菠菜POD、CAT之间存在着显著相关性(P<0.05)。To investigate the effect of different soil conditions on spinach growth with respect to its absorption of copper and other metals,pot experiments were conducted,with the pot soils modified by adding zeolite,CaCO3 and HNO3 respectively,and parameters such as POD and CAT activity of the study spinach were measured as well.The experimental result shows that Cu content of spinach increased when the soils had been treated with the above three chemicals,and acidification with HNO3 also boosted spinach's intake of other metals such as Ni,Cr,Zn and Cd and at the same time led to the increased activities of POD and CAT.Addition of CaCO3 and zeolite into soil did not change spinach's intake of metals except that Cr intake decreased sharply.According to the experiment,there exists a significant correlation between POD and CAT under all the soil conditions.
