摘  要:采用超临界CO2萃取姜黄素,萃取釜的萃取压力、夹带剂的用量对姜黄素萃取率影响较大,但萃取压力25 MPa夹带剂用量6倍以上时,萃取率差异较小;萃取温度对姜黄素萃取率影响较小,萃取温度40℃以上时萃取率均在92%以上。To extract curcumin by supercritical fluid extraction(SFE),the pressure of extractor the amount of entrainer impact greater on curcumin extraction rate.But when the pressure exceed 25 MPa or the amount of entrainer exceed 6 times,extraction rate is small differences.The temperature has small effect to curcumin yield,when the temperature exceed 40℃,the extraction rates exceed 92%.This experiment obtained optimum conditions for curcumin by SFE-CO2: the pressure was 25 MPa,the temperature was 45℃,the entrainer with alcohol consumed 6 times,supercritical-CO2 flow rate was 350 L/h,The pressure of separation tank-I was set 6.0 MPa,the temperature was set 40℃,The pressure of separation tank-II was set 5 MPa,the temperature was set 35℃,In the setting of the extraction temperature pressure,extract for 30 min in the static state,than extract for 4 h by recycling extraction,curcumin extraction rate exceed 90%.
