摘  要:采用同步蒸馏萃取法分别提取健康月季和白粉菌侵染的月季的挥发性成分,系列稀释后,用Y型嗅觉仪测定这2种挥发性成分对甜菜夜蛾嗅觉行为的影响。稀释200~2 000倍时,在健康月季挥发性成分一侧的虫数显著多于空气对照(P≤0.015)或感病月季挥发性成分(P≤0.003)一侧,其停留时间也显著长于后者(P≤0.008),表明健康月季挥发性成分对甜菜夜蛾成虫表现出明显的引诱作用,其中稀释800倍时引诱作用最强。反应虫数和停留时间的结果表明,感病月季挥发性成分在所测定各剂量下均对甜菜夜蛾成虫表现出明显的驱避作用。因此,中国月季挥发性成分在甜菜夜蛾成虫产卵地选择中起着极为重要的作用,而月季植株感染白粉菌后的挥发性成分则对甜菜夜蛾成虫表现出抑制作用。The two volatiles were separately extracted from healthy and Podosphaera pannosa-infected rose plants using simultaneous distillation and extraction(SDE) method and the olfactory responses of beet armyworm(Spodoptera exigua) to these two volatiles were determined using Y-type olfactory meter.The S.exigua females were clearly attracted by the volatiles extracted from healthy roses when diluted by 200-2000 fold,compared to the clean air control(P≤0.015) or the volatiles extracted from infected roses(P≤0.003),and the females stayed at this side significantly longer than the other side(P≤0.008),up to 85% of the total bioassay time.In the mean time,the females were drastically repelled by volatiles extracted from P.pannosa-infected rose plants.Furthermore,the attractive effect was the strongest when using the volatiles diluted by 800 fold from healthy roses while the repellent effect was not related to the tested concentration of volatiles from infected roses.The results demonstrated that the plant volatiles played a key role for S.exigua females when searching a location for oviposition and the olfactory behaviors of beet armyworm adults were detrimentally affected by the P.pannosa-infection.
