摘　　要：为了合理地综合评价带有模糊性的复杂的多因素系统，将模糊矩阵与模糊积分相结合，建立了一种新的多因素多级模糊综合评价数学模型，然后给出了一种确定单因素评价矩阵与因素权重的方法，最后提供了一种综合评估实验室的手段。该理论与方法可广泛应用于带有模糊性的类似的多因素综合评价系统。In order to proceed comprehensive evaluation of complicated multi factors system with fuzzness rationally, a new mathematical model is established about multi factors and multistage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation by combining fuzzy matrix with fuzzy integral. Then a method is put forward for determining the single factor evaluation matrix and the weight of factor, finally, a reasonable comprehensive evaluation procedure is given for laboratory. The theory and the way can widely be applied to similar multi factors comprehensive evaluation system with fuzziness
