摘  要:研制出高亲水性的软接触镜材料,其主要组分为甲基丙烯酸β-羟乙酯(HEMA)和N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP),用安息香为引发剂,紫外高压汞灯为光源,通过光引发自由基聚合反应,探讨了聚合过程中HEMA与NVP的用量配比和添加剂甲基丙烯酸酯类用量对材料含水率的影响实验结果最佳配比为:NVP用量为60%,光引发剂安息香用量为0.2%,添加剂甲基丙烯酸酯类用量为10%红外光谱和紫外光谱定性说明了聚合反应完全,扫描电镜显示出材料组织形态是均匀的网孔状,材料的性能指标达到使用要求材料含水率为78%,透光率为95%,抗张强度为328.50Pa(湿态下)Soft contact lens materials were obtained from HEMA and NVP Polymerization reaction.Uvtraviolot light was used as light source and storax as light sensibility agent. The effects of HEMA, NVPand methacrylate compostion in polymeric system were investigated. IR and UV spectra were used to determine polymeric system were investigated. IR and UV spectra were used to determine polymerizablemonomer conversion in reaction. Polymer network morphology was investigated by SEM. The optimumcomposition by weight for contact lens materials was 60% NVP, 0. 2% storax and 10% methacrylate.The contact lens made of HEMA - NVP has a water content of 78%, transissivity at least 95% and tensile strength 328 .50 Pa (in water). Unreacted monomer concentrantion was very low.
