摘　　要：在摸清云南高校安全保卫工作现状、条件和存在问题的基础上,提出新形势下云南高校安全保卫工作的模式,并采取领导落实责任制,贯彻依法治校的理念,制定《高校安全保卫工作规范》,推行高校安全保卫工作评估,建立上下内外联动机制,加强校园110、信息工作、科技创新体系建设和提高安全保卫队伍整体素质的对策。Safe, stable and harmonious campus environment is the prerequisite and guarantee for the development of higher education. Survey shows that there are some problems existing in the security work of universities in Yunnan Province, such as weak leadership, unqualified work team, insufficient funding, insecurity campus environment, etc. Based on the current situations, conditions and problems existing in the university security of Yunnan province, this thesis aims to find a new security model and promote the relevant counter-measures.
