摘　　要：随着闲暇时间的不断增加,人们向往美好而充实的闲暇活动。但是面对闲暇时间的充裕和闲暇活动的贫乏这一矛盾,开展闲暇教育以引导人们追求和谐、个性化、健康、科学的生活方式,促进其自身的不断发展和完善是解决这一矛盾的有效方法。文章就闲暇教育的意义、居民闲暇活动状况及闲暇教育的展开做了论述。With the increasing of our leisure time, people long for the nice and contented leisure activities. But there is a contradiction between the abundant time and poor activities. Leisure education wants to lead people to carry out a harmonious, individual, healthy, scientific way of life. The constant development and consummation for us is an effective way of resolving the contradiction. In this paper, the meaning of leisure education, the situation of leisure activities and the development of leisure education are discussed.
