摘　　要：澳大利亚对继续教育的管理呈现出鲜明的国家特色,在全国范围内实施的国家培训框架对培训机构的准入和实施过程进行了严格的审查、监督和管理,有力保证了培训质量,规范了办学行为。文章系统介绍了澳大利亚国家培训框架的具体内容,对培训机构注册标准、培训机构注册过程以及课程认证标准等进行了重点说明,以期为我国继续教育标准化建设提供参考。Government domination is the most prominent feture of continuing education in Australia. The national training framework supervises and administers the training insitiutions strictly, which guarantees the training quality and makes the training market develop healthily. The author introduces the specific coutents of the national training framework, including the register criterions of training insitiutions, the evaluation process and the register criterions of curriculums. The experiences of evaluation establishment in Australia is worth for China to learn from.
