摘　　要：文章以重庆交通大学图书馆为例,通过分析、对比重点学科图书馆藏及利用情况,提出重点学科藏书结构优化策略。确定重点学科文献采集步骤、采取有效措施、建立具有学科特色的文献资源体系是高校图书馆重点学科文献资源建设的必由之路。The discipline construction is an important symbol to measure the level of running schools and overall strength of higher education institution.Without first grade disciplines,without first grade higher education institution.This paper puts forward the strategy of optimization of key discipline collection structure based on investigations of collection and it＇s use of key discipline taking the practice of Chongqing Jiaotong University Library as an example.determination of the steps of collection of key discipline document,taking effective measures and the establishment of system for document resources with distinctive characteristics may be the only solution for document resources construction of key discipline in library.
