摘 要:"加强医药卫生人才队伍建设,规范医院管理者的任职条件,逐步形成一支职业化、专业化的医疗机构管理队伍",是我国经济社会发展的必然,也是新医改的明确要求。文章通过对国内外医院管理队伍职业化的比较与分析,发现我国医院管理队伍选拔制度、管理人员技术职称评聘体系、医院管理专业学历教育等方面存在一定问题,由此提出高等教育增设医院管理学专业、增加医院管理技术职称、院长实行聘用制和年薪制、加强对医院管理队伍的系统培训等建议,以促进我国医院管理队伍职业化进程。Objective:A professional and specialized team with the ability to manage medical institutions is not only an inevitable trend of Chinese economy and society development,but also requirement by the New Medical Reform. The status of hospital managers' professionalization at home and abroad was comparatively analyzed, from which some problems were obtained, mainly as hospital administrator selection, professional title engagement and academic education. Based on which, some suggestions were put forward to push forward hospital managers' professionalization, including setting up the specialty of hospital management in higher education, offering more professional titles on hospital management, adopting annual salary system and appointment system on hospital directors and reinforcing professional training.
