摘  要:发达国家护理人才严重短缺,为我国护理院校学生走向世界提供了难得的机遇。河南大学护理学院在立足为国内培养护理人才的同时,构建初期选送模式、中期分流模式和后期强化模式培养涉外护理人才,产生了重要的输出作用、激励作用和拉动作用,文章对培养涉外护理人才的得与失、三种培养模式的利与弊、发展前景的喜与忧进行了讨论。Objective:Developed countries are currently experiencing serious shortage of nursing professionals, which provides an opportunity for China. Based on nursing professional cultivation for domestic market, three education modes were developed to cultivate foreign-involved nursing talents in this college, which included screening mode in initial stage, redirecting mode in medium stage,and reinforcing mode in final stage. These modes had played an important role of output, stimulation and encouragement. The strengths and weaknesses of foreign-involved nursing talent cultivation, and the pros and cons of three models were also discussed.
