摘  要:对比果胶酶和木聚糖酶不同处理流程的速生杨APMP制浆工艺。研究发现,经果胶酶和木聚糖酶联合处理的APMP制浆工艺取得较好效果,与未经任何酶处理的浆相比,经两种酶联合处理的浆,细小纤维含量和纤维束含量下降明显。成纸白度和不透明度有所提高,光散射系数降低。在强度性能方面,裂断长、耐破指数和撕裂指数分别提高7.64%、9.96%和10.71%。果胶酶单独处理对提升光学性能效果较为明显,木聚糖酶单独处理对提升强度性能效果较为明显。Comparison of different pectinase and xylanase treatment processes of poplar APMP pulping process was studied. The results showed that, combined treatment by pectinase and xylanase of APMP pulping process achieve better performances. Compared to the untreated pulp, contents of fiber bundle and fines decreased remarkable. Brightness and opacity increased. Light scattering coefficient reduced. In terms of strength properties, breaking length, bursting index and tearing index increased respectively by 7.64%, 9.96% and 10.71%. Used xylanase or pectinase treatment alone, pectinase treatment had effects on improving the optical properties more obvious; xylanase treatment had effects on enhancing strength properties more obvious.
