摘　　要：目的观察不同剂量白细胞介素-12(IL-12)对绒毛膜癌JEG-3细胞增殖能力的影响。方法体外培养人绒毛膜癌JEG-3细胞,分别给予不同剂量的IL-12进行诱导,四甲基氮唑(MTT)比色法检测细胞增殖能力的变化。结果 5 ng/ml、10 ng/ml、25 ng/ml、50 ng/ml、100 ng/ml、200 ng/ml IL-12作用后,细胞增殖率显著降低(P<0.01)。且绒毛膜癌JEG-3细胞对IL-12的诱导作用表现为良好的浓度效应。结论外源性IL-12能够抑制绒毛膜癌JEG-3细胞的增殖,具有良好的浓度依赖效应。其相关机制有待进一步探讨。Objective To observe the effect of different concentrations of interleukin-12（IL-12）on proliferation in JEG-3cells.Methods The human choriocarcinoma cell line JEG-3cultured in vitro was given different concentrations of IL-12.The proliferation of JEG-3 cells was measured by MTT assay.Results The JEG-3 cell proliferation was down after IL-12 induction with 5,10,25,50,100 and 200 ng/ml respectively（P0.01）.JEG-3 cells showed the excellent concentration effect responded to the external IL-12.Conclusion The external IL-12 can inhibit the proliferation of JEG-3 cells,and showing good concentration effect.The mechanism of which may be studied further.
