摘  要:目的评价不同方法处理标本后放置时间与血氨测定值的关系。方法将43例测血氨患者的标本不同方法处理、储存,分别放置不同时间后测定其血浆氨浓度。结果所有标本放置时间越长,其血氨浓度越高;未分离标本放置30min内无明显差别(P>0.05),60min结果有显著性差异(P<0.05);分离出的血浆标本温室时120min之内无明显差别,180min则有显著性差异(P<0.05);置4℃冰箱冷藏的分离标本3h内之间无明显差别(P>0.05),4h后则有显著性差异(P<0.05);置-20℃冰箱冷冻的分离标本24h内无明显差别(P>0.05),48h后则有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论未分离血浆的标本应在30min内分离并完成检测,即使分离出血浆也应在2h之内检测,冷藏应于3h内、冷冻保存于24h内测定。Objective To evaluate the relationship between standing time and blood ammonia determination after using different methods to treat blood ammonia samples. Methods Forty-three enrolled patients ammonia samples were separately detected after different time for placement using various ways for treatment and storage. Results The longer ammonia sample storage time,the higher blood ammonia concentration.The no isolated blood ammonia samples were no significant differences during half an hour(P0.05), comes on significant difference lasting 60 minutes(P0.05). Those Isolated blood ammonia samples at room temperature were no significant differences during two hours, characterized by significant difference after three hours(P0.05). The isolated samples shown no significant differences in three hours(P0.05) stored at 4℃,but shown significant differences after 4 hours(P0.05). When the isolated samples was frozen at temperatures-20℃,they indicated no ignificant differences for 24 hours(P0.05),and showing significant differences after 48 hours (P0.01). Conclusion No isolated blood samples should be isolated and detected in 30 minutes. Isolated blood samples must be measured during 2 hours. The cold stored blood samples should be detected within three hours. Those cryopreserved blood samples have to be measured in 24 hours at most.
