摘 要:对模糊算法的基本概念和变论域的模糊控制原理做了简单说明;在温度继电器温度特性自动检测的实验中,运用了变论域的模糊控制算法.针对非理想的温度控制系统模型,引入了环境温度和控温点两个干扰量,并提出了模糊判决规则的二维查找方法,在实践中收到了较为良好的效果,使控温箱中温度缓慢、稳定地升高或降低,满足了温度继电器检测系统的设计要求,提高了纯滞后控制系统的控制精度和鲁棒性.实验中采用了分段式最小二乘法误差校准,有效地提高了系统的检测精度.In this paper the basic concept of fuzzy algorithm and the variable domain of fuzzy control theory were briefly introduced and were applied to automatic detecting experiment of the characteristics of the temperature relay.Besides,two points of interference were adopted in the non-ideal temperature control system model,and a two-dimensional search method for the fuzzy rule was put forward,which showed good performance in slowly and stead-ily increasing or decreasing the temperature in the temperature control box so that the design requirements of the de-tection system of the temperature relay were met and the control accuracy and the robustness of the pure-delayed con-trol system were enhanced.Sectional least-squares error calibration utilized in the experiment has effectively raised the detecting precision of the system.
