摘  要:结合某汽车发动机进气歧管的开发过程,针对T4564和K1790两种典型的真空注型用高耐热性聚氨酯材料进行了对比试验。结果表明,K1790材料更能满足塑料进气歧管的试制要求,其样件经过400 h的交变负荷耐久性台架试验后,未出现破损、开裂、嵌件松动等现象,且发动机的最大功率比安装铸铝件进气歧管时提高约2%。In view of the development process of an automobile engine intake manifold,two typical vacuum injection molding polyurethane materials T4564 and K1790 with high thermal resistance were tested and compared.The results show that material K1790 is better in satisfying prototyping requirement of plastic intake manifold,and the sample parts which were subjected to 400h alternating load durability rig test,show not defects such as damage,crack and looseness of inserts,and the maximum engine power is approx.2% higher than the one with cast aluminum intake manifold.
