摘 要:以联盟网络中企业间关系为分析对象,基于资源共享性与战略行动的意识性两个维度,对关系资源形成机制进行较为深入的理论模型分析。认为关系资源是通过共享效应、挖掘效应和溢出效应机制来获得。联盟网络中关系资源规模受到关系专用性投资、资源共享惯例、彼此资源的互补性、组织的兼容性与联盟治理机制的影响。关系资源的持续性取决于联盟关系网络中隔离机制体系的完备性。This paper studies the formation mechanism of the relationship resources in alliance networks by constructing a theoretical framework based on the two dimensions of characteristics of resource sharing and consciousness of strategic actions.It is argued that relationship resources are formulated with resource sharing effects,mining effects and spillover effects.We also find that the volume of relationship resources is influenced by relation-specific investment,resource-sharing routines,mutual complementarities of partner's resources,organizational compatibility and government mechanism.The sustainability of relationship resources depends on the completeness of isolation mechanism in alliance networks.
