摘　　要：目的:鉴别酒石酸美托洛尔片中的掺假成分。方法:采用HPLC-MS/MS和HPLC-DAD方法对样品中的掺假成分进行分析检测。结果:样品中的掺假成分鉴定为氯霉素,抽样的2批标示为酒石酸美托洛尔片样品中,未含酒石酸美托洛尔而含有氯霉素。结论:由于氯霉素的紫外光谱图和化学反应现象与酒石酸美托洛尔相似,故极少数据采用氯霉素冒充酒石酸美托洛尔生产假药。Objective：To identify an unknown component in counterfeit metoprolol tartreate tablets.Methods：To identify the unknown component in samples marked metoprolol tartreate tablets by the high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole mass spectrometry and HPLC-DAD method.Results：The unknown component in samples marked metoprolol tartreate tablets is not metoprolol tartreate but chloramphenicol.Conclusion：Chloramphenicol illegally added into the metoprolol tartreate tablets to substitute metoprolol tartreate by criminals for UV spectrum and chemical character of chloramphenicol is similar to those of metoprolol tartreate.
