摘　　要：铝是制造汽车的重要材料,也是汽车轻量化的首选材料。系统介绍汽车用铝合金的牌号、化学成分及其典型的力学性能。在汽车上应用的铝合金主要为铸造铝合金,约占总用铝量的80%,而其中的65%左右以压铸件的形式使用。铝在轿车中应用的减重效果:每轻量化1%可降低油耗0.6%～1.0%。Aluminum is an important material and the first choice of automobile manufacturing for its light weight.The brand,chemical composition and mechanical properties of the aluminum alloy used for automobile industry have been introduced systematically.The aluminum alloy to be used mainly for automobile are castings which takes 80% of the whole aluminum materiale and about 65% of the castings are die castings.As the result of using aluminum,the fuel consumption is reduced,1% lighter of a car 0.6% to 1% of fuel consumption will be reduced.
