摘　　要：用产生器脉冲和探测器脉冲两种方法相互核对测试了Ｏｒｔｅｃ公司一套ＨＰＧｅγ谱仪电子学各部件的非线性偏离曲线，测量精度到３×１０－６水平，研究了它们对谱仪整个系统非线性的贡献。The nonlinearity deviation curve of each instrument module in a HPGe spectrometer has been tested by means of a precise pulse generator and then checked by the detector pulses induced by nuclear γ rays.A testing precision of 3×10 -6 is achieved. The contribution from every component to the nonlinearity of whole spectrometer system is investigated.
