大蒜油漱口液对牙菌斑抑制效果的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨大蒜油漱口液作为机械除菌的辅助措施,对牙菌斑生长的抑制效果。方法 选取17名青年志愿者,依据随机双盲、自身对照的原则,每位受试者分别随机先后含漱大蒜油漱口液(大蒜油组)、复方氯已定(口泰)漱口液(口泰组)、安慰剂(安慰剂组)。测试前彻底全口洁治,每种漱口液测试周期为3d,期间停止一切口腔清洁措施。3d后,采用Turesky改良的Q-H菌斑指数标准来记录菌斑指数值。中间间隔1周,再使用另一种漱口液,直至3种漱口液测试完。最后比较3组菌斑指数。结果 大蒜油组和口泰组菌斑指数均低于安慰剂组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);且大蒜油组的菌斑指数高于口泰组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 大蒜油作为天然药物,对牙菌斑抑制有显著作用。Objective To discuss the inhibitory effect of dental plaque of garlic oil mouthwash as supplementary measure of mechanical sterilization.Methods 17 young volunteers according to randomized double-blind and the principle of self-control were randomly selected garlic oil group,compound chlorhexidine（Koutai）group,placebo group.Full mouth thoroughly before the test scaling of each test cycle mouthwash 3d,during the cessation of all oral hygiene measures.After 3d,the used of modified Q-H Turesky plaque index plaque index to record the value of the standard.An interval of one week,then used another mouthwash,mouthwash test until completion 3.Finally,plaque index the 3 groups.Results Dental plaque index of garlic oil group and Koutai group were lower than that in placebo group,the difference were statistically significant（P0.01）;And dental plaque index of garlic oil group was higher than that in Koutai group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Garlic oil as a kind of crude drug has a significant effect on inhibiting dental plaque.
