摘　　要：随着高职教育的蓬勃发展",90后"职校生这个新群体的受教情况受到广泛关注。班主任是班级的组织者、领导者,学生成长道路上的引路人。那么与90后职校生年龄相差无几的"80后"班主任能否承担这份责任,如何推进班级管理工作顺利开展呢?本文针对90后职校生与80后班主任在管理工作的探讨。With the quick development of higher vocational education,more and more people are concerned about a new group——post-90's generation.Headmaster is the leader and organizer of the class,who instructs students to lead a healthy life.Can headmasters born in the post-80s take the responsibilities,who are just a few years older than their students? How could they foster class management smoothly?The thesis intends to discuss the role the headmasters play in the class management in regard to the vocational school students in the post-90s and post-80s headmasters.
