摘　　要：目的检测STAT3在胃癌组织中的表达,探讨其与临床病理参数间的关系。方法应用组织芯片及免疫组织化学技术检测89例胃癌组织中STAT3表达情况。结果 STAT3在胃癌和正常胃粘膜组织中的表达阳性率分别为68.5%和15.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。STAT3表达阳性率与组织学分级、TNM分期及淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。结论 STAT3在胃癌中过度表达,并且与胃癌的组织学分级、TNM分期及淋巴结转移相关,STAT3可能在胃癌发生发展中起重要作用。Objective To explore the relationship between the STAT3 expression and the clinicopathologial parameters in gastric carcinoma.Methods The expression of STAT3 in 89 gastric carcinoma cases was detected using immunohistochemistry and gastric carcinoma tissue microarray.Results The positive rates of STAT3 in gastric carcinoma and control group were 68.5% and 15.0%,respectively.The difference was significant（P0.05）.The positive rates of the STAT3 expression were closely relate to histological differentiation,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis of gastric carcinoma（P0.05）.Conclusions STAT3 is overexpressed in gastric carcinoma.The overexpression of STATS has relation with histological differentiation,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis.STATS may play an important role in the occurrence and development of gastric carcinoma.
