经左胸食管切除肌瓣移植颈部吻合126例临床分析

摘　　要：采用经左胸食管切除肌瓣移植颈部吻合口治疗食管癌患者１２１例，食管破裂患者５例。其优点是：①颈胸两切口较三切口创伤小。②经左胸食管床全胃代食管至颈部径路最短，符合生理要求。③肌瓣移植可预防吻合口瘘。By removing esophogus through left thorax and transplanting pediculate muscle flaps to anastomotic place of neck esophagus and stomach to treat 121 patients with esophageal carcinoma and 5 patients with cracked esophagus The advantages of the method are that the trauma is smaller,the trace of anastomosing esophagus and stomach throngh left thorax is the shortest one and accord with the human physiologic demands,transplanting pediculate muscle flap can prevent anastomotic leakage and gastric juice reflux
