累及腹部的淋巴瘤临床分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨淋巴瘤的腹部表现及其诊断。方法：对确诊为淋巴瘤的４００例患者中，累及腹部的１２０例进行临床分析。结果：淋巴瘤的腹部累及率为３０．０％，主要累及腹腔淋巴结、肝、脾，腹部Ｂ超阳性率９５．０％。临床主要表现为腹痛及腹部包块。结论：淋巴瘤累及腹部时，腹部症状、体征缺乏特异性，对初诊淋巴瘤患者，常规进行腹部Ｂ超检查对早期诊断有重要意义。Objective:To study the abdominal manifestations and diagnosis of lymphoma.Methods:Among 400 cases diagnosed as lymphoma,120(30.0%) cases that showed to have abdominal manifestations were studied.Results:Celiac lymph modes,liver and spleen were mainly involved.The positive rate in B ultrasonic examination of abdomen was 95.0%.Their clinical manifestations were mainly abdominal pain and mass.Conclusions:The clinical manifestations of abdomen lymphoma are nonspecific;for early diagnosis and treatment,routine B ultrasonic examination is of great significance.
