摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺原发性恶性纤维组织细胞瘤(MFH)的临床病理学、免疫组化特征和预后。方法:对手术切除一例乳腺MFH进行病理常规切片及免疫组化观察,并结合文献复习。结果:瘤组织由纤维细胞、纤维母细胞、黄色瘤样细胞组成。免疫组化CD68、Vimentin阳性表达,Ki67增殖指数38.38%。结论:MFH根据其分类及亚分类、分级、瘤体大小、部位、肿瘤深度,评估预后。Objective：To investigate the clinical pathological and immunohistochemistrical features of primary malignant fibrous histiocytoma （MFH） of breast and its prognosis. Methods： To analyze the date of 1 case of MFH of breast and with literature review. Results ： The histocytoma tissue consists of fibrous cells, fibroblastoma and xanthoma cells. Immunohistochemistry results showed that the expression of CD68 and Vimentin were both positive, the proliferation index of Ki67 was 38.38%. Conclusion： Prognosis of MFH is related to tumor size,position and depth.
