摘　　要：独活在临床治疗中运用广泛。现代研究表明独活含有多种抗肿瘤活性成分,包括甲氧基欧芹素、补骨脂素、花椒毒素、香柑内酯、伞形花内酯、异欧前胡素。本文就近年来对独活的化学成分及其抗肿瘤作用研究进展情况进行综述。Angelica pubescens is widely used in the clinical treatment. Modem researches have showed that Angelica pubescens containins several anti - tumor constituents, such as osthole, psoralen, xanthotoxin, aergapten, umbelliferone,isoimperatorin. The article submitted the research progress on the chemical constituents and the anti - tumor activity of Angelica pubescens.
