高效液相色谱法对化妆品中低浓度碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯(IPBC)的检测

摘　　要：碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯(IPBC)在化妆品中含量极少,并对紫外线敏感,建立了一种不同的化妆品样品前处理方法,采用高效液相色谱/二极管阵列检测器(HPLC/DAD)检测。使用C18反相色谱柱(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm),以乙腈-水为流动相进行等度洗脱,用DAD检测器扫描检测。对样品前处理条件,如前处理方法、萃取剂种类、萃取剂体积进行讨论。以保留时间结合待测物的紫外吸收光谱进行定性分析,采用外标法进行定量分析,定量检测波长为204 nm。所建立的方法可在10 min内完成对化妆品的检测,被测防腐剂与化妆品杂质分离均达到基线分离。实验结果表明,在0.001~0.05 mg/mL范围内,IPBC的质量浓度与相应的峰面积比值呈良好的线性关系。方法的平均回收率为109%~85%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.62%~4.93%,检出限为6.92×10-2mg/kg。A very small amount of preservative iodopropynyl butylcarbamate（IPBC） used in cosmetics,and IPBC influenced to UV irradiation.A high performance liquid chromatography/diode array detection（HPLC/DAD）method was used for the determination of limited preservative IPBC in a variety of cosmetics.Since the target compounds are not water-soluble,the compounds were dispersed and dissolved using saturated salt water and extracted by petroleum ether.The extracts were analyzed by HPLC using a C18 reversed-phase column（5μm,250mm×4.6mm） with isocratic elution by using acetonitrile and deionized water,DAD and datector was used for scanning.The sample preparation conditions,such as sample pretreatiment method,extraction solvent and extractant volume were investigated.Under the optimal conditions,IPBC was analyzed qualitatively based on its retention time and ultraviolet absorption spectrum.The quantitative analysis was carried out by external standard method with the detection wavelength at 204 nm.The result indicated that the analysis could be completed within 10min.The calibration curves showed good linearity between 0.001 mg/mL and 0.05 mg/mL for IPBC with LODs of 6.92×10^（2） mg/kg.The average recoveries of IPBC ranged from 85 % to 109 % with RSDs of 0.62 %^（4.93） %.
