摘　　要：从配套产业链角度出发首先建立外商直接投资对配套产业链工艺升级影响的理论模型,分别通过中国本土企业和江苏省的配套企业调查数据验证外商直接投资对工艺升级发挥的积极作用。From the angle of process upgrading, this paper analyzes the effects of FDI on the domestic affiliating chain by building one model of industry chain upgrading. Firstly, this paper establishes the theoretical model of process upgrading in affiliating chain. Then it inspects empirically by applying the performance of domestic enterprises with the model of DEA. Finally, with the survey of affiliating chain in Jiangsu Province, it verifies the positive function of FDI on process upgrading of affiliating industry chain.
