摘 要:三组元燃料配比器是一类水下航行器动力推进系统的关键组件,其配比精度对燃料能效的发挥和动力系统性能起着决定性的作用。如何确保配比精度,是三组元燃料配比器研制的重要问题。研究一种三组元燃料配比器的工作原理,导出其凸轮的型线方程,压差和泄漏量的方程,并对其进行优化调整。实验结果表明:该三组元燃料配比器的配比精度较高,在最大流量时的压强损失小。Tri-proportlon controller is a key part of one kind of under-water craft engine propeller system. The proportional precision of the tri-proportion controller is very important for exploiting the energy efficiency of the fuel and determining the performance of engine system. How to ensure proportional accuracy is the important issue of tri-proportion controller research. The principle of a kind of tri-proportion controller was researched. The equations of cam-type line, differential pressure and leak of the tri-proportion controller were deduced and the proportional parameters were optimized. The experimental results show that the tri-proportion controller had high precision, and the pressure loss is small under the maximum flow rate.
