创业导向及合法性对新创企业绩效影响研究——基于产业生命周期的调节作用

摘　　要：在动态化经济环境下,越来越多的学者开始关注创业导向战略,但很多学者忽视了随着时间的推移,创业导向对企业绩效的作用会呈现出周期性变化;很多学者过于强调创新对企业绩效的促进作用,却忽视了通过模仿追求合法性对绩效的积极影响。以新创企业为研究对象,构建了随产业生命周期的变化,追求合法性对新创企业绩效作用的倒U形变化规律,强调了合法性的积极作用;并提出创业导向对新创企业绩效促进作用随产业生命周期推进的N形变化规律。With the economic circumstances being more and more turbulent,increasing numbers of enterprisers and scholars pay attention to entrepreneurial orientation,however,few scholars noticed the periodic changes of the impact of entrepreneurial orientation on new venture performance.Many scholars overemphasized the positive impact of innovativeness on new venture performance,while neglecting the positive effect of legitimacy on new venture performance by imitating other firms.This paper conceived a model of inversed U-shape impact of legitimacy on new venture performance based on Neo-Institutional Theory and a model of N-shaped impact of entrepreneurial orientation on new venture performance with the advance of industry lifecycle,which not only emphasized the positive impact of legitimacy,but also made up the shortcomings of studying entrepreneurial orientation statically.The models might have some suggestions for new ventures to trade off between innovation and legitimacy when they go into industries under different industry lifecycles.
