国产消旋聚乳酸接骨板固定犬下颌骨骨折愈合过程观察

摘　　要：目的评价国产消旋聚乳酸（ＰＤＬＬＡ）接骨板在颌骨骨折内固定过程中的作用。方法在犬双侧下颌骨体部造成人工骨折，一侧用国产ＰＤＬＬＡ接骨板内固定，另一侧用微型钛板（ＴＭ）内固定作为对照。收集术后不同时期犬下颌骨标本：观察下颌骨骨折愈合的大体情况，测定三点弯曲力学强度、Ｘ线摄片和硬组织切片检查。结果术后各个时期，国产ＰＤＬＬＡ接骨板内固定侧骨折愈合情况与ＴＭ板内固定侧骨折愈合情况相似；各观测时间点，国产ＰＤＬＬＡ接骨板内固定侧下颌骨三点弯曲力学强度均高于相应时间ＴＭ板内固定侧。结论国产ＰＤＬＬＡ接骨板具有类似ＴＭ板的内固定作用；国产ＰＤＬＬＡ接骨材料能够满足骨折内固定的基本要求，促使骨折早期骨性愈合。Objective To evaluate the function of domestic Poly DL lactic acid plates in the internal fixation of mandibular fractures in dogs. Methods The artificial transverse osteotomies were created in both sides of the mandible, of which one side was fixed with PDLLA plate,another side fixed with titanic plate (TM) as control. The follow up period were 2,4,8,16,20 weeks for lateral mandibular radiography, mechanic and histological studies. Results The healing procedure of mandibular fractures at both sides were similar; The three points bending strength in experimental group was higher than that of control after 4, 8, 16 weeks of internal fixation operations. Conclusions The function of domestic PDLLA plate is similar to that of TM plate in the fixation of mandibular fractures in dogs; PDLLA plate can be used to fix the mandibular fracture effectively.
