企业集团技术金字塔及其创新路径研究

摘　　要：后危机时代的到来为我国企业集团进入新兴产业创造了良好机遇。文章首先提出技术金字塔的概念,通过对比分析国内外企业集团的技术创新,指出我国企业集团以衍生技术为主的低层次创新现状,已远远不适应创新能力提升和新兴产业发展的需要,应大力强化平台技术、前沿技术层次的创新。然后分别从主要特征、竞争力来源、关键能力组合、技术组织特点、所适应市场与发展策略,深入分析技术金字塔的衍生、平台、前沿三个层次技术创新的异同与联系;企业集团通过"前沿技术→平台技术→衍生技术"的创新路径开拓新产业,可以从根本上提升其自主创新能力。最后就企业集团技术金字塔的构建、实现技术赶超,提出有针对性的对策建议。The advent of post-crisis era creates good opportunities for the enterprise groups in our country to entrance into new industry and promote the innovation capacity.Frist,this article raises the concept of technology pyramid,then contrasts and analyses the current situation of enterprise groups aboard and at home.It points that industrial groups of our country are at the level of derivative technology,which cannot be adapted to the development of new industry or the innovation capacity.And the frontier and platform technology should be strengthened.Then the differences and connections among derivative technology,platform technology and frontier technology are analyzed deeply on the basis of main features,competitive sources,combination of key capacities,technical organizational characteristics,adapted market and developmental strategy.Enterprise groups use the path of innovation of ＂frontier technology→platform technology→derivative technology＂ to develop new industries that can fundamentally improve their capacity of independent innovation.At last,with the construction of technology pyramid of enterprise groups and the achievement of technological catch,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
