摘  要:目的:观察环磷酰胺治疗小鼠S180肉瘤的31PMRS参数变化,以及这些参数的变化是否早于常规观察的瘤体积的变化。方法:利用表面线圈31PNMR方法,并研究小鼠皮下接种S180肉瘤的体积。结果:对照组的PCr/Pi和βNTP/Pi比值降低,而环磷酰胺给药组升高,且给药后24、48、72h时显著高于对照组(P<005)。对照组的PME/βNTP比值继续升高,而给药组PME/βNTP比值在给药后24h、48h、72h时均显著低于对照组(P<005)。因此,对照组和给药组的PCr/Pi、PME/βNTP、βNTP/Pi比值在给药后24h时基本已具有显著性差别,这3个参数的变化均早于肿瘤体积的变化。结论:小鼠S180肉瘤的31PMRS不仅可以给出定量的结果。Objective: To investigate the effect of cyclophosphamide (CTX) on the metabolic profile of mouse S180 sarcoma and whether the changes of 31PMRS parameters is earlier than the changes of tumor volume. Methods: Murine S180 sarcoma (s.c.) was studied by using surfacecoil 31PNMR. Results: Twentyfour hours after cyclophosphamide treatment,PCr/Pi and NTP/Pi ratios of CTX treated groups increased significantly relative to control (P< 005).PME/NTP ratio of CTX treated groups was lower than those of control (P< 005). The tumor volume between treated groups and control group showed no significant difference before 72h aflter treatment. Conclusions:31PMRS of mouse S180 sarcoma could not only provide quantitative information,but also show earlier response to therapy than the change of tumor volume.
