CD34抗原表达和DNA非整倍体的检出对急性白血病诊治的意义

摘　　要：观察具有ＣＤ３４抗原表达和存在ＤＮＡ非整倍体的急性白血病（ＡＬ）的短期临床疗效。运用流式细胞仪，采用间接免疫荧光法检测ＣＤ３４抗原；采用溴化乙啶荧光染色法检测ＤＮＡ非整倍体。７２例ＡＬ中，检出ＣＤ３４抗原阳性３２例，占４４．４％；检出ＤＮＡ非整倍体２３例，占３１．９％。各组病例中短期临床疗效有所不同，但统计学并未显示有显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结果显示，ＣＤ３４表达和ＤＮＡ非整倍体的存在并不能提示短期临床疗效。To evaluate the short period clinical outcome of CD34 expression and DNA aneuploid in acute leukemia(AL).CD34 antigen was detected with indirect immunofluoresence marking method and DNA aneuploid was analysed with EB staining method.In 72 cases,there were 32 cases whose CD34 were positive(44 4%)and 23 cases which having DNA aneuploid(31 9%).There were different short peroid clinical outcome among groups,but the difference was not obvious in ststistics( P >0 05).CD34 expression and DNA aneuploid in AL can’t anticipate the short peroid clinical outcome.
