摘 要:针对目前军校非现役教员教学理论学习不够、教学方法运用不熟、对军校教学以及学员学习现状知之甚少等不足,分析了在教学实践中缺乏军校教员应有的修养、功利化倾向较为明显、课前备课不够充分、课堂驾驭能力低下、教学方法手段单一、课堂教学艺术匮乏的6种主要表现,提出了苦练教学基本功应强化军校教员职业道德教育、强化职前培训和在职培训、开展教学与科研良性互动等有效方法.Directing at the shortages that the non-active service teachers of military academy are of insufficient learning of teaching theory,unskilled application of teaching methods,very little knowledge of military academys teaching as well as cadets learning situation and so on,this article analyzes the civilian teachers main six performances including lack of the cultivation of teachers on active service in teaching practice,more utilitarian tendency,inadequate preparation for lessons,lower capability of class control,unvaried teaching means and short of the teaching arts in classroom.It is suggested that they should have a rigorous practice of teaching skills in terms of strengthening the professional ethics education and pre-vocational and in-service training,and carrying out the good interaction of teaching and scientific research,etc.
