幽门螺杆菌oipA基因与慢性萎缩性胃炎及胃癌胃黏膜组织中FAK表达的关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,HP)oipA基因与萎缩性胃炎及胃癌患者胃黏膜组织中FAK表达的关系及意义。方法收集慢性萎缩性胃炎及胃癌患者胃黏膜活检标本130例,应用PCR法检测HP阳性标本中oipA基因,免疫组化SP法检测胃黏膜组织中FAK的表达水平。结果在两组患者HP阳性标本中,oipA基因阳性率为66.3%(59/89),其中慢性萎缩性胃炎标本oipA检出率56.5%(26/46);胃癌标本oipA基因检出率为76%(33/43),两者差异有统计学意义。慢性萎缩性胃炎组及胃癌组中:HP阴性、HP阳性oipA阴性、HP阳性oipA阳性三种情况FAK的表达均依次增高,三者差异均有统计学意义(慢性萎缩性胃炎组χ2=6.703,P<0.05;胃癌组χ2=4.416,P<0.05)。oipA阳性的胃癌标本中FAK表达比慢性萎缩性胃炎中高(P<0.05)。结论 HPoipA可能上调萎缩性胃炎及胃癌患者胃黏膜组织中FAK的表达。Objective To explore the relationship between oipA and the expression of FAK in chronic gastric disease and gastric cacer infected and its significance. Methods Gastric biopsies were collected from chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG） and gastric cancer（GC）. The expression of FAK were detected by immunohisto - chemistry. OipA gene was detcted by PCR. Results The average detection rate of oipA gene was 66.3% （59/89） ; the rate was 56.5 % （26/46） among CAG, and 76% （ 33/43 ） among GC. The expressions of FAK in HP oipA ＋ group were significantly higher than those in HP oipA - group （P 〈0. 05 ） in patients with CAG and GC; The expressions of FAK in GC were significantly higher than those in CAG. Conclusion OipA gene of Helicobacter pylori（HP） is related with the expressions of FAK in chronic gastric disease and gastric cancer.
