Bell麻痹患者血清中疱疹类病毒及柯萨奇B组病毒IgM、IgG抗体检测分析

摘　　要：目的探讨Ｂｅｌ麻痹与疱疹类病毒及柯萨奇Ｂ组病毒感染的关系。方法采用间接ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测Ｂｅｌ麻痹患者血清中水痘带状疱疹病毒（ＶＺＶ）和单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型（ＨＳＶ１，２）及柯萨奇Ｂ组病毒１～６型（ＣＢ１～６）特异性ＩｇＭ、ＩｇＧ抗体的阳性率。结果患者组血清抗体阳性率与对照组相比：ＶＺＶＩｇＭ、ＩｇＧ阳性率差异有显著性（Ｐ＜００１，Ｐ＜００５），ＨＳＶ１ＩｇＭ、ＩｇＧ阳性率差异有显著（Ｐ＜００５，Ｐ＜００１），ＨＳＶ２ＩｇＭ阳性率差异有显著性（Ｐ＜００５），但ＨＳＶ２ＩｇＧ阳性率差异无显著性（Ｐ＞００５），在ＣＢ１～６ＩｇＭ、ＩｇＧ阳性率检测中，除ＣＢ５ＩｇＭ差异有显著性（Ｐ＜００５）外，其余型别两组差异均无显著性（Ｐ＞００５）。结论Ｂｅｌ麻痹与ＶＺＶ、ＨＳＶ１感染有一定关系。Objective To inquire into the relationship between Bells palsy and herpesvirus, coxsackievirus B infection. Methods Indirect ELISA method was used to test and the sera of 38 Bells palsy patients were compared parallelly with 20 healthy persons sera. Results Through the comparison between positive rate of serum antibody of patient group and that of the normal, it is found that there was obvious difference between VZV IgM(+), the IgM(+) rate and the normal ( P<0 01,P <0 05); the divergence of HSV1 IgM(+), IgG(+) rate from the normal was marked too ( P<0 05,P<0 01) ; the difference of HSV2 IgM(+) rate was also obvious (P <0 05), while that of HSV2 IgG(+) was not notable ( P >0 05). In positive rate test of CB1～6 IgM,IgG, only CB5 IgM rate had obvious diversity( P <0 05), while for other types two groups did not show distinct difference( P >0 05). Conclusion There is certain relationship between Bells palsy and VZV, HSV1 infection.
