摘　　要：目的回顾总结甘油冷冻保存角膜用于穿透性角膜移植（ＰＫＰ）的临床效果。方法９个新鲜供体眼球分３种方法进行甘油冷冻保存６～３４９天后，对９例重症角膜患者进行了穿透性角膜移植术，随访６～２３个月并记录临床效果。结果全部手术获得成功，７７．８％（７／９）的角膜植片获得透明愈合，内皮细胞密度达１４００个／ｍｍ２。植片混浊的２例患者也得以保存眼球，其中１例更换植片后获得良好视力。结论甘油冷冻保存角膜可能是一种极具前途的角膜活性保存方法。ObjectiveToreviewtheclinicalresultsofpenetratingkeratoplasty(PKP)usingcryopreservedcorneaswithglycerin. Methods9freshdonoreyeballswerecryopreservedwithglycerinin3differentprocedures.NinepatientswithseriouscornealdiseasesweretreatedbyPKPandwerefollowed-upfor623months.ResultsAllof9operationswereperformedsuccessfully.77.8%(7/9)graftswereclearduringfollow-up,theaverageedothelialcelldensityis1400/mm2.Twograftsof2patientswereopacitybecauseofprimaryfailure,buttheeyeballsweresaved.Oneofthemgotasatisfactoryvisualacuityafterregraftingwithfreshdonorcornea.ConclusionItmaybeanidealmethodforcornealvitalpreservationtocryopreservethedonorcorneawithglycerin.
