论突发公共事件应急信息平台的构建

摘　　要：突发公共事件频频发生,政府的应急响应机制却很不完善,这给社会的稳定和谐造成较大威胁。运用现代远程教育手段,建构突发公共事件应急信息平台,能及时准确地向公众发布权威信息;同时利用该平台为事件的全程处理提供重要决策依据与支持,进一步完善和充实政府应对突发公共事件的应急机制。Considering the frequent occurrence of public emergencies,the government＇s emergency response mechanism has much room to improve,which has caused great threat to the society＇s stability and harmony.This paper discusses the use of means for modern distance education to build public emergency information platform,release authoritative information to the public timely and accurately.Meanwhile,this paper also proposes to use platform to provide an important basis for decision-making and offer support for the entire process of dealing with incidents,and further improve and enrich emergency the government＇s response mechanism of handling public emergency events.
