薏苡仁油脂在肺癌治疗中的作用

摘　　要：薏苡仁具有抗肿瘤作用,其抗肿瘤活性成分是薏苡仁油脂.研究表明其主要作用是诱导细胞凋亡、抑制血管生成、调节免疫及镇痛.临床证明薏苡仁油脂可以联合放化疗提高肺癌的疗效,改善患者生活质量,延长生存期,因此被广泛用于肺癌的治疗.Coix seed has anti-tumor effect and the anti-tumor activity composition is coix seed oil. Researches show that inducing cancer cell apoptosis and angiogenesis inhibition and regulation of the immune and analgesic function are the major roles of coix seed oil. Clinical researches prove that the effect can be increased and the life quality of lung cancer patients can be improved and the survival time can be prolonged when coix seed oil is used to treating lung cancer combined with Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy. So it is widely used in the treatment of lung cancer.
